Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any course, demo class, or programme offered by Learn Credits (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website and making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

“Learn Credits” refers to the educational platform operated by Learn Credits and D Street Satya.

“Course” means any live training programme, demo class, workshop, or material offered by Learn Credits.

“Student” or “you” means any individual who registers for a Course through our website or payment links.

2. Registration and Payment

All registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through Razorpay or other approved payment gateways.

Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

The ₹99 demo class fee is fully adjustable against the full course fee if the student enrolls in a paid programme within 30 days of the demo.

3. Demo Class

The demo class is a single 90-minute live session conducted via Zoom.

Demo class recordings may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.

Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, presentations, question banks, and resources are the exclusive property of Learn Credits.

Students may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

5. Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions.

Learn Credits reserves the right to remove any student from a session for disruptive behaviour without refund.

6. Placement and Internship Assistance

Any placement or internship assistance is provided on a best-effort basis.

Selection for internships, including at D Street Satya, is based on merit and performance and is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Learn Credits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or website.

We do not guarantee any specific job or salary outcome.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Learn Credits reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation by us, students will be offered an alternate session or a refund at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
